Payment

Payment is due at the time of your appointment and can be rendered with cash, check, credit card or flexible spending debit cards.

Insurance

At this time, PNGH does not accept insurance. However, we will gladly provide you with an itemized reimbursement receipt so that you may seek coverage or reimbursement for your appointment (s).

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations and "no shows" will be charged a fee.
